Return requests

Customers are requested to contact Pep Street Labs within 48 hours of receiving their order to initiate a return request for sealed and unopened items.

Please provide your order number and reason for the return. Contact us through our website, by email at admin@pepstreet.co.uk, or by telephone on +44 7780 995552.

Returns must be approved before items are sent back. Any exclusions for opened or unsealed vials will apply only where permitted by law.

This policy does not limit statutory cancellation rights or your rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.
